McCullough Interviews as Rehab Progresses


Chris McCullough has managed to stay very involved, despite not being able to fully participate in the NBA combine in Chicago, due to the torn ACL he suffered back in January. While the drills and scrimmages in Chicago were not an option for the former Syracuse forward, he was able to interview with 13 NBA teams.  In addition to the interviews, players undergo a variety of tests to measure overall health, “For Chris, that was extremely important for them to check out his knee and make sure his rehab was coming along well,” said McCullough’s agent Stephen Pina, of ASM Sports.  During the pre-draft process, on-court workouts take precedent, but McCullough has begun scheduling personal visits with NBA teams.  In the meantime, according to Pina, “Chris right now is just continuing his rehab… He’s doing unbelievably well.”
