Malcolm Delaney Making a Difference

Malcolm Delaney is making a difference for children in his native city of Baltimore this winter. Delaney heard that public school children of Baltimore were going cold this winter due to malfunctioning heating units in the schools. He wanted to help. Delaney donated 400 coats to the Baltimore school children and when the Burlington department store saw how generous Delaney was they wanted to be involved in bringing the difference. Burlington then donated an additional 200 coats bring the total to 600 coats for the children. After college, Delaney played professionally overseas and in 2016 earned an All-EuroLeague first team selection. Not long after that he was signed with the Atlanta Hawks in 2016 and is currently still playing for the team. This helped him develop his skills and become a successful asset to the Hawks. As he continues to grow his skills on the court he also is still actively a part of the commmunity.
